Full Description: Full details and more photographs on: www.yachtmaverick.bravehost.com. We are getting a little old for long-term cruising. The steelwork was professionally built, and we have fitted her out. She was launched in 1991, and sailed from Scotland in 1996, eventually reaching Turkey via the French Canals, Italy and Greece. She is now, in summer 2008, ashore near Port St. Louis at the mouth of the Rhone in the south of France. We will be returning there in the middle of September. Marseille is nearby and is well served by budget airlines from UK and elsewhere in Europe. The boat is fully equipped, especially for long-term living and sailing in the Med. e.g. awning, bimini, solar panel, fridge, freezer, water heater, shower, stern platform, etc. She has been well maintained. If she is not sold this autumn we will take down her mast and take her into the French canal system, but we would prefer to pass her to new owners who would enjoy sailing her on the Mediterranean.
